RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A tractor trailer crash is slowing traffic on northbound I-95 from Chesterfield County into Richmond.
The accident has moved off onto the shoulder near mile marker 69 near the Bells Rd. exit, however the activity has slowed traffic as other driver stop and look.
The north right shoulder is closed.
