RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – “The Boulevard Bridge is temporarily closed due to icy conditions,” the Richmond Metropolitan Authority tweeted about 9:10 a.m. Friday.”An update will be posted once the bridge reopens.”
Richmond Police said the bridge closed following two “minor accidents.” Police said the bridge, also known as the Nickel Bridge, would reopen once the accidents were cleared and the ice melted.
