CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – High water has closed the 9100 block of Hopkins Rd., Chesterfield Fire and EMS spokesman Lt. Jason Elmore tweeted Tuesday.
Detour signs are in place to help divert traffic from that area.
