RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes have reopened on I-95 north near the James River Bridge (mile marker 74) following a multi-vehicle crash, according to VDOT.
Traffic remains backed up for more than a mile. Earlier this morning traffic was backed up 6 miles.
The crash was not weather releated, according to VDOT.
