RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Two people are at local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries following a shooting tonight.
Richmond Police say they responded to the incident at the 1400 block of N. 23rd street around 7 p.m.
So far, police have not released a suspect description or a motive at this time.
