RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Bitterly cold temperatures are with us this Monday morning! This is our coldest morning since last winter in February, as we are in the teens and low 20s.
Skies were clear overnight with calm winds as the center of Arctic high pressure sits over the Mid-Atlantic. That high will track east away from us today, allowing winds to shift from the south. The good news: we won't be nearly as windy today as yesterday!
