RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - All lanes have reopened on Interstate 95 following two morning crashes.
One crash at Chamberlayne Ave. (mile marker 76), closed two lanes about 7:15 a.m. That crash backed up traffic for seven miles.
A second crash slowed traffic I-95 north at the Boulevard exit (mile marker 78).
One lane on I-64 west over the Shockoe Valley bridge has reopened following a third accident.
