CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR) – A two-vehicle accident in the 10000 block of Jeff Davis Hwy and General Blvd, north of route 288, sent seven people to the hospital.
Police said the crash occurred at 7:15 p.m. Monday night. A pickup truck traveling south and a minivan traveling north collided and the minivan flipped over, according to police.
Police said the driver of the minivan suffered life-threatening injuries. The driver of the truck and six passengers in the minivan suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Lt. Michael Breeden confirmed with CBS 6 that a five-year-old was ejected and injured in the accident. All eight were taken to the hospital.
