RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Richmond’s emergent food scene is getting another dose of national exposure. Earlier this year, Andrew Zimmern chef and host of Bizarre Foods on the Travel Channel, visited Virginia. While in Richmond he dined at some local favorites.
At least two of his local stop will be featured on Monday’s broadcast of Bizarre Foods.
Zimmern tries Cicada Pie with Comfort and Pasture chef and owner Jason Alley.
He also highlights Peter Chang China Cafe in Short Pump.
