HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A boat sitting in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Hanover, slowed traffic Thursday afternoon.
A photo of the boat, which was sitting near the exit for Bass Pro shop, was provided by a CBS 6 viewer.
Neither Virginia State Police nor VDOT have released information about the incident.
