Bomb threat investigation at Patrick Henry High

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The Hanover Sheriff’s Office is investigating a bomb threat at Patrick Henry High School, confirmed Hanover County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Chris R. Whitley.

Patrick Henry students were evacuated from the Ashland school for a brief time Friday morning. Students were allowed to return to the school just before noon.

Friday is an early dismissal day at Patrick Henry, according Hanover Schools spokeswoman Linda Scarbrough.

Patrick Henry High School is located on W. Patrick Henry Rd in Ashland.
