CAPE CHARLES, Va. (WTVR) – The Coast Guard has released video after rescuing two people from a sailboat in the water off the Virginia coast. The guard found the stranded boaters near Cape Charles, Va.
The boat was later towed to Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek. The Coast Guard from Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C. provided the video.
