RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — VDOT says some emergency pavement repairs closed all lanes of I-95 north for a short time Wednesday afternoon.
The closure, which impacted all lanes of I-95 north at the Lombardy Street bridge at mile marker 77 in Richmond, happened just before noon.
The left and center lanes are back reopened around noon, but officials said the right lane would remain closed through 3 p.m. for planned bridge work.
