RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- Richmond police are investigation a hit-and-run accident Thursday afternoon on North 23rd street and Fairfield Avenue.
Police said a woman was driving north on 23rd Street when her car was struck by a vehicle headed east on Fairfield just before 3 p.m.
That's when police think woman panicked and hit the gas. Her car slammed into a parked truck, which flipped over. She then slammed into the back of a parked GRTC bus.
Police said minor injuries were reported.
Police believe the vehicle that hit the woman was a Toyota.
