RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - An area of low pressure and an associated surface trough will move through the state on Wednesday, resulting in scattered showers and thunderstorms. A few storms could be severe, with damaging straight-line winds.
Hot and humid weather will be the rule Thursday and Friday, with lows in the upper 60s and low 70s each morning, and highs in the upper 80s and low 90s each afternoon.
