CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR) — Police are looking for the man who exposed himself to a woman in a Chesterfield shopping center parking lot in the middle of the day.
The incident happened outside the Kohl’s on Midlothian Turnpike, near Chesterfield Towne Center, around 3 p.m. Thursday.
Police said the woman was walking to her car when she spotted a man touching himself inside a red car.
The man is described as a white male, between 30 and 39 years old with a tall, thin build with facial hair.
