HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - A Henrico woman was sentenced to 12 months behind bars after she drove her car into a West End dialysis center and killed a person in the lobby. Sara Mateer Clark, 49, faced up to 10 years in prison.
Earlier Clark pleaded no contest to an involuntary manslaughter charge in connection to the July 2012 crash at the DaVita Dialysis Clinic. One person, a 61-year-old woman, was killed.
The clinic is on the corner of Three Chopt and Eastridge Roads.
