PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) — An overturned tractor-trailer closed the ramp from I-95 north to I-85 south (exit 51) for Tuesday afternoon.
“The tractor-trailer was loaded with coffee creamer,” Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Thomas Molnar wrote in an email. “There are no reported injuries.”
The ramp reopended around 4:45 p.m.
