HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Police are looking for two women accused of committing a variety of crimes in Henrico County.
The women, Aimee Denise Ames and Stephanie Lynn Boothe, are wanted for grand larceny, forgery/uttering and obtaining money under false pretenses. The charges involve stolen and counterfeit checks, according to Henrico Police.
Police said “on several occasions in July,” the women presented counterfeit checks and/or pay stubs at Cash Advance locations in eastern Henrico.
The women live in Henrico, but have ties to both Rockville and Petersburg, police said.
