RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A 12-year-old boy who has been missing since Wednesday has been found safe.
Around 10:20 p.m., Richmond police found Chad Wallace on St. James Street in Gilpin Court. They alerted Henrico police after they found him.
Police are in the process of reuniting Chad with his family.
