LUNENBURG COUNTY, Va (WTVR) - It's been three weeks since family members have seen Virginia Edmonds.
"It's an empty feeling," said Rodney Edmonds, the son of Virginia.
He said his mother disappeared on the night of June 28 after she left the house for the third time that day. Rodney told CBS 6's Chelsea Rarrick that it was normal for his mother to occasionally leave the house to run errands.
"We pretty much always knew where she was, what she was doing," he said.
Family members are asking the public if they have seen Virginia Edmonds, of Kenbridge. She was last seen wearing a members-only style black jacket with black shoes. She has a surgery scar on her upper chest.
Family members told CBS 6 Edmonds was last seen driving her 1999 silver Oldsmobile Alero. The license plate number is XYR-2048.
"She's a very outgoing person. I don't think she would have any malice in her heart against anyone and I can't imagine anyone having malice against her," said Edmonds' stepdaughter, Deborah Maddux.
