HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – After three days on the run, police arrested a Henrico County shooting suspect. State Police found Joshua Combs, 29, of Bull Run Drive, driving a silver pick-up truck Tuesday afternoon near Interstate 95 in Emporia.
Combs was taken to Henrico where he is charged with malicious wounding, malicious shooting into an occupied vehicle and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Police issued a “be on the lookout” alert for Combs following a shooting Sunday on Almond Tree Drive in Eastern Henrico. Combs is accused of driving by a home and shooting two people who were standing outside. Both shooting victims, who police described as 15 and 16-year-old boys, suffered non-life threatening injuries, police said.
The initial police alert mentioned Combs might be driving a silver 1995 Toyota truck and that he was considered armed and dangerous.
