RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Folks who enjoy biking in Virginia can expect better and safer access to trails across the Commonwealth.
VDOT said the project is part of a federally funded program, which is providing $18 million for more than 50 transportation projects in Virginia.
One of those projects is an addition to the Virginia Capital Trail in Richmond.
The project would create a shared-use path from the Great Shiplock Park to the LeHigh Cement property.
