CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - A truck driver suffered life-threatening injuries after his truck hit a tree that had fallen across the 22600 block of Hull Street Road during Thursday's storm, according to Chesterfield Police. After hitting the tree in the road, the truck drove into the median hitting another tree.
The accident happened in far western Chesterfield near the Amelia County line. Witnesses said the crash closed that section of Hull Street for more than two hours.
