HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Photographer Richard MacDonald captured time-lapse video of Thursday’s storm moving into the West End of Henrico County. MacDonald said the video was shot from a camera mounted atop the old Circuit City headquarters near Gaskins Road.
