RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Police identified a man who was stabbed to death Saturday on East 29 Street in South Richmond as 54-year-old Ricky Jones of Montrose Avenue.
Police charged Paul M. Manning, 58, of Clarkson Court, with murder. Manning was arrested at the scene.
