RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Police arrested a 24-year-old man for a deadly shooting outside a Richmond apartment complex.
Jamel Campbell is accused of murder in the July 2012 shooting along Southwood Parkway.Police said Campbell was being held in New York on an unrelated charge.
Police identified the victim in the Southwood shooting as Marcus Williams, 24, of Chesterfield.
