RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Fire crews put out a fire on the second story of a four-story building near the VCU campus Wednesday afternoon. Richmond Fire Chief David Creasy said  the fire, in a building at Harrison and Marshall Streets, damaged just the second floor.

It took fire crews abut 15 minutes to bring the fire under control, Creasy said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Some streets around the fire are blocked by fire trucks.
