HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – It took Henrico fire crews less than 30 minutes to bring an apartment fire under control Monday night. Capt. Jim Mellon said fire crews were called to the Fargo Rd. apartment complex about 10 p.m.
He said the fire started in the kitchen of a first-floor apartment and spread to the second floor through the wall.
Fire investigators are still working to determine what started the fire. No one was injured. The people who lived in the fire-damaged apartments are staying with family members during repairs.
