HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - A Chester man faces several prostitution-related charges in Henrico, according to Henrico Police.
Police said on several occasions Theodore Stewart, 50, displayed a badge to several women while "while negotiating sexual encounters."
Stewart is charged with two counts of impersonating a police officer and three counts of prostitution-related charges.
