RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Police arrested a Richmond man on assault and abduction charges after investigators said he tried to force a teenage girl to a place she did not want to go.
Police released video of the suspect Friday afternoon.On Monday police announced the arrest of 23-year-old Jovon S. Brown.
Police said on Thursday, April 18, Brown approached a teenaged girl in the 2500 block of Semmes Avenue. Police said he attempted to force her with him down the street. The girl ran away, police said.
