RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - An approaching cold front from West Virginia will encourage winds to pick up after sunrise, which will mix out the near-surface air and get rid of this morning's fog.
This afternoon ahead of the cold front we'll be much warmer than Sunday's damp, cool day.
Highs this afternoon will make it into the low/mid 60s far northwest to the lower 70s southeast.
