RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – The Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) has reported three people were killed as a result of Wednesday’s snowstorm.

Two of the deaths were in the northern region of Virginia, the third was in the western region, according to VDEM spokeswoman Laura Southard.
Details about the deaths have not yet been released.
