The VCU Rams won their fifth in a row by beating George Washington 84-57. Juvonte Reddic led four players in double figures with 24 points and 10 rebounds. They maintained sole possession of first place in the Atlantic-10.
The Richmond Spiders got back on the winning track with an 83-80 overtime win over St. Bonaventure. Cedrick Lindsay and Greg Robbins combined to score 42 points in the win.
