CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WTVR) – Newly named Secretary of State John Kerry will deliver a foreign policy speech at the University of Virginia next week.
That speech is scheduled for Wednesday, February 20.
Kerry is expected to talk about the importance of diplomacy around the world, and how conflicts overseas affect Americans at home, especially the budget.
