RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Puppies rescued from a vacant Richmond building have all been adopted through Richmond Animal Care and Control, according to Richmond Fire spokesman Lt. Robbie Hagaman.
Firefighters rescued the puppies late last month from a building on N. 33rd Street.
