CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WTVR) – A nine-year old Charlottesville boy said another student shot him with a BB gun as he rode on a school bus.
Charlottesville reporter Frankie Jupiter spoke to the child’s parents who are questioning the delay in notifying them about the incident.
