RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 64 is slowing traffic into the city, according to Richmond Fire Department spokesman Robbie Haggaman.
The west left shoulder and left lane of the Shockoe Valley Bridge, near mile marker 191 are closed, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. Traffic is backed up for two miles.
