RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A brush fire burning off Interstate 95 N, north of the Bells Road ramp in South Richmond, has been put out.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Earlier, the fire closed the far right lane and right shoulder as Richmond fire crews worked to fight the fire.
Traffic backed up in that area, but seems to be flowing now.
