Richmond, VA (WTVR) – If you’re a Dominion Virginia Power customer, your bill won’t go up as Dominion wanted.
The Virginia Supreme Court has rejected Dominion’s request to raise rates by more than the amount, approved by the State Corporation Commission.
Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli represented Dominion’s two million customers statewide in the appeal.
