WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WTVR) – Colonial Williamsburg is altering its business hours due to Hurricane Sandy. On Monday, Oct. 29, theHistoric Area, Art Museums, Visitor Center, retail stores, taverns and Golden Horseshoe Golf Club will be closed. All evening programs are canceled.
The Williamsburg Inn, Williamsburg Lodge, Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel and Suites and the Spa of Colonial Williamsburg will remain open.
In case of a power outage, the Williamsburg Lodge Traditions restaurant will continue to serve a menu of hot food. The Williamsburg Inn and Woodlands will have limited meal service.
Colonial Williamsburg buses will not operate on Monday.
