RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — According to the VCU alert system, a “strong armed robbery” took place at approximately 12:32 A.M. near the intersection of West Clay and Harrison Streets.
A male victim was reportedly approached by two suspects as he walked alone northbound on Harrison Street, just north of Marshall Street. A suspect then pushed the victim up against the wall and demanded a set of headphones, an iPod and later the contents of his wallet.
The two suspects were last seen running northbound on Harrison street. No weapons were displayed during the altercation.
According to the alert, the suspects are described as two black males. The first suspect is approximately six foot tall, wearing a bright blue hoodie with an orange lining.
The second suspect is approximately five feet and nine inches tall, wearing a dark green canvas Army style jacket.
