There is a slight risk of strong to severe storms this afternoon for areas well east of I-95. A storm system will move through the area through mid-afternoon and may produce some isolated severe storms with strong winds. The best threat of this will be in the Northern Neck & Middle Peninsula.
The severe risk will decrease late today into this evening as the storm system exits to our north.
