RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Storms moving through Virginia dumped heavy rains in some parts of the commonwealth Saturday
In fact, Areal Flood Advisories were in effect for some counties because of the heavy rains. The Hampton Roads area also saw some flooding.
