RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Police are looking for a burglary suspect in one of Richmond's most affluent neighborhoods.
Richmond police released surveillance video Wednesday that shows a man breaking into vehicles in the Windsor Farms neighborhood.
Police said the suspect is described as a black male, likely in mid-thirties to early forties, about 5-feet-8 inches to 6-feet-tall with a slim build.
