RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Water shot into the air near the intersection of Broad Street and Malvern Avenue in Richmond on Thursday afternoon.
Officials said city contractors were working in the area hit and hit an unmarked water line. In fact, crews said the line was so old, that it was not on city maps.
Crews were able to get the break under control in about an hour and a half.
