(CNN) – The most expensive apartment in New York City history is now on the market – with a $100 million asking price. The apartment has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a dining room for 30 people. But Howard Lorber, chairman of the listing agent Prudential Douglas Elliman, said it’s the view that makes this property so special.
