RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes have reopened following a paving project on Interstate 95 south thru Richmond, according to an email from VDOT spokeswoman Dawn Eischen.
The right lane of I-95 south was closed between Hermitage Road/Lakeside Avenue (mile marker 80) and Laburnum Avenue (mile marker 79).
