ASHLAND, Va. (WTVR) – An early morning house fire caused up to $150,000 in damage to an Ashland home, Hanover County Fire/EMS Battalion Chief Willie Jones told CBS 6. Jones said the fire, along the 300 block of New Street, was still burning as of 7:45 Thursday morning.

No one was inside the house when the fire started, Jones said. He added the people who live in the home are at the scene now as investigators work to figure out what started the fire.

No one was injured.
