HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Detectives arrested a Henrico County man on child porn possession and distribution charges.
Troy McDowell, 42, was indicted on 10 felony charges. Police arrested him Tuesday, according to an email from Richmond Police spokeswoman Dionne Waugh.
She said the detectives who made the arrest are on the Southern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce and that McDowell was caught in an undercover operation.
